Camino de Santiago Sarria

The Camino de Santiago (Way of St. James) is a large network of ancient pilgrim routes stretching across Europe and coming together at the tomb of St. James located in north-west Spain. 

This special 9-day itinerary is prepared for pilgrims interested in traveling a portion of this ancient route on foot. The experience begins in the Basque Country in Bilbao Spain, visit the famous Guggenheim Museum by Frank Gehry and the neighboring coastal city of San Sebastian, famous for its cuisine.  

You will then travel to Sarria in the province of Lugo to begin a 5-day walking pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostela Cathedral. Covering approximately 112 kilometers.

You will have a support vehicle to transport your luggage and can walk at your own pace with a light daypack.
