Quintessentially Basque, txakoli was traditionally made in local farmhouses or caserios, it was a common wine made for the home that was almost lost, it has since been rescued and production techniques have greatly improved the quality of the with international demand growing rapidly in the past decade. Made using indigenous grape varietals on the steep slopes of the Basque Country, this crisp white goes excellent with pintxos, seafood and any social occasion.
