    We are an independently run business founded by a Bilbaino and Filipina American team who love to travel and share new experiences.

    What happens if my plans change, what is your cancellation policy?

    If you have a change in plans, you must contact the local provider as soon as possible. We are an intermediary curation service, and the local provider is responsible for providing you with their cancellation details and will work with you to make arrangements.

    What happens if I am late, or don't show up?

    Please contact your local provider as soon as possible. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the service provider is not obligated to wait and has discretion to cancel your reservation. Cancellation policy and refunds will be determined by your service provider.

    What forms of payment can I use?

    We use a third party payment provider to ensure secure and automatic payments via a trusted banking partner. We accept Visa, Mastercard and bank transfers. Our providers can also offer independent payment methods such as pay-upon-arrival, based on customer agreements.
